ARB Bed Rack is a utility setup designed for installation on the bed of the Ford Ranger with a Double Cab configuration.
Utilizing the unique and innovative "dovetail" BASE RACK, the mounting solutions allow for carrying loads on top, below, outside, and inside the ARB Bed Rack. ARB engineers have developed a configuration that enables the loading of taller items. Constructed from extruded aluminum 6061, which is both lightweight and strong, providing a load capacity of 150 kg, the ARB BED RACK can secure and store various accessories. The low-profile, curved design not only integrates with the vehicle but also reduces height and aerodynamic resistance when mounting roof tents.
ARB engineers spent countless hours working on the proper mounting solution to ensure that the permissible load of 150 kg does not adversely affect the durability of the vehicle's cargo space. Vehicle-specific mounting brackets and hardware have been developed, which are mounted in key areas of the vehicle's cargo bed, ensuring the transfer of the load to the structural areas of the car. The mounting brackets can accommodate with or without installed bed liners.
